Friendly cooperative staff. Easy to deal with by phone when on the road making a late arrival arrangement. Room was quiet and the staff kept the hotel clean and pleasant to deal with. The room was quiet and up to date. I had a relaxing pleasant stay!

Location was perfect for wedding with Studio Owosso and wedding reception at Wrought Iron Grill which close to hotel. Much easier for us and our guests.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. We stay about 3 or 4 times a year visiting family in Owosso. Gentleman at the front desk remembers me every time and even addressed me by name. Everyone is very nice.

It was fairly quiet and comfortable and staff met our needs we will stay again. Although it was spendy but way better than other hotels.
